二、Instrument function：

三、溫度控制儀的設(shè)定：Temperature control instrument set

四、試驗(yàn)步驟：Test steps

•   試驗(yàn)的矩形試件尺寸（150±1）mm×（25

±1）mm,試件從試樣寬度方向上均勻的裁取,長

邊在卷材的縱向，試件裁取時(shí)應(yīng)距邊緣不少于

150mm,試件應(yīng)從卷材的一邊開始做連續(xù)的記號，

同時(shí)標(biāo)記卷材的上表面和下表面。

度后方可打開“工作”旋鈕，這時(shí)機(jī)器開始制冷，

制冷指示燈亮。當(dāng)儀表溫度到達(dá)設(shè)定的溫度時(shí)，恒

溫指示燈亮計(jì)時(shí)器開始計(jì)時(shí)，計(jì)時(shí)器完畢后，電機(jī)

自動(dòng)上升，彎曲軸以（360±40）mm/min速度頂著

試件向上移動(dòng)，試件同時(shí)繞軸彎曲180度，這時(shí)實(shí)

驗(yàn)已經(jīng)做完。如在作實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，把面板上控制電機(jī)開

關(guān)的“下降”降到zui低，放上試件后按一下“復(fù)位”

開關(guān)，這時(shí)機(jī)器又開始重新實(shí)驗(yàn)了，待實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后

方可關(guān)閉電源開關(guān)。
